On 7 January 1937 H.R.H/ Princess Juliana married Bernard von Lippe-Biesterfeld. Traditionally all royal weddings were in Delft, The marriage took place in the Great or Saint Jacobs Church in Delft. The date was chosen because it was exactly 58 years earlier that Juliana's grandparents, King William III and Queen Emma, married. After the wedding the couple moved to Soestdijk Palace and lived there ever since. Juliana died 20th March 2004. Prince Bernard died shortly after on 1st December 2004.

Obverse: Princess Juliana and Prince Bernhard facing left. Reverse: two mirrored monograms J and B surrounded by the date 7 janauri 1937. Material: Silver. Diameter 27,8mm. The ribbon is the same as the Silver Wedding Medal 1962 reflecting the Royal Houses of Orange Nassau and Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Lippe.
